About this Role
Expressions of interest are invited for the post of Inclusion
and Mentoring Lead. The Inclusion and
Mentoring Lead plays a vital role in promoting an inclusive, supportive, and
positive learning environment across the school. Under the direction of senior
staff, contribute to developing inclusion approaches in the school by
addressing the needs of students who need help in overcoming barriers to
learning and developing their potential both inside and outside the classroom.
Skills & Qualifications
·
NVQ 3 in Learning & Development Support Services
for children, young people and those who care for them or equivalent
qualification or experience in a relevant discipline.
·
English and Maths qualifications
·
Experience
of working with pupils demonstrating challenging behaviours.
·
Strong
organisational and time-management skills;
