  • ·         Are trained in teaching Read, Write, Inc phonics is desirable, to assist the delivery of daily systematic phonics teaching
  • ·         Open to new ideas and work alongside others to plan and deliver a bespoke Early Years curriculum
  • ·         Have high expectations of all pupils and ensure all pupils achieve
  • ·         Are reflective and forward thinking, always striving to develop your own skills and knowledge to ensure the quality of Early Years Education is of the very best standard
