About this Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to become part of our strong, supportive staff team at our high-performing and welcoming school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive. You’ll play a key role in supporting inclusion, working with primary-aged pupils, and providing lunchtime supervision and some 1:1 support.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning in the classroom
Assist with lunchtime supervision
Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to raise standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting, desirable but not essential
A positive, calm, and confident approach
Enthusiasm, motivation, and commitment to raising standards
Strong organisational skills and a flexible, team-focused attitude
Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
