Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a
Deputy Headteacher at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School[1]. The Trust, in conjunction
with the Local Governing Body, is seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring
teacher who has the experience, motivation, enthusiasm and skill set to work in
partnership with the Headteacher, Local Governors and the Trust Central Team to
help lead the future vision and development of the school. The right person for
this role will be someone who can model and nurture a Christ-centred culture
across the whole school, inspiring staff, pupils and families in developing
their spiritual and moral formation.
As this is a teaching post, we are also looking for someone who is confident
they can model effective classroom practice, lead by example and deliver
leadership work alongside their teaching responsibilities. This role would be
an excellent stepping stone for an ambitious leader, who is wishing to demonstrate
the ability to impact on pupil outcomes and quickly form superb relationships
with colleagues in readiness for headship. In return, we can offer the
