- Lead high standards of
teaching and learning across the phase.
- Monitor pupil progress
and attainment to ensure strong outcomes.
- Promote high standards
of behaviour, and classroom expectations.
- Support colleagues with
planning and effective teaching strategies.
- Monitor teaching and
provide constructive feedback to improve practice.
- Model excellent teaching
and high expectations at all times.
- Lead phase/team meetings
and support staff development.
- Ensure consistency in
assessment and presentation across the phase.
- Track attainment data
and coordinate intervention strategies.
- Support transition
arrangements where appropriate.
- Foster positive
relationships and engagement with parents and carers.
- Line manage and support
teachers within the phase.
- Promote Quality First
Teaching to raise standards for all pupils.
