Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic
leadership as part of the senior leadership team, supporting the academy’s
vision and improvement priorities.
- Lead and promote
high-quality teaching, learning and inclusive practice across the academy.
- Support, challenge and
develop staff through coaching, professional development and effective
line management.
- Monitor student
progress, behaviour and attendance, using data to drive improvement and
positive outcomes.
- Promote a culture of
high expectations, safeguarding and wellbeing for all students.
- Work collaboratively
with parents, governors and external agencies to support student
achievement and welfare.
- Contribute to the
effective day-to-day leadership and running of the academy.
- Act as a positive role
model and ambassador for the academy within the wider community.
