What you'll be doing:
Teaching Assistant
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCO, and
Headteacher to support learning in a variety of settings- from one-to-one
and small groups to the whole class.
- Helping children access the curriculum and
thrive in their learning , building both their skills and their
confidence.
- Playing an active role in nurturing the emotional,
physical and educational development of every pupil.
- Supporting children with a wide range of needs, using creativity and patience to help them succeed.
MDSA
- Putting out tables and benches.
- Supervising and support lunches being eaten in the
dining hall.
- Supervise lunchtime play on the playground and
field, encouraging positive interactions and dealing with incidents.
- Wipe up and clean tables and the hall floor,
putting away benches and tables.
- Keeping children safe throughout lunchtime.
