Assistant Headteacher Inclusion (SENDCo)
Location: The Oaks Primary School, Birmingham

We are seeking an exceptional, values-driven leader to join
our senior leadership team as Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion (including
SENDCo).
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and strategic
leader to drive an ambitious vision for inclusion, ensuring that every
pupil—regardless of need, background or circumstance—thrives and achieves
highly to support the development of the mainstream provision as well as supporting
the opening of a new Communication and Interaction Resource Base.
As Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, you will play a
pivotal role in shaping the direction of the school, leading a culture where
inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
