You will play a key role in delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum that motivates learners and supports their individual needs. Experience of working within an SEMH or SEND setting would be advantageous. The school is expanding and you will join in a year where we will move from our primary model being taught in Secondary to a subject specialism curriculum. The role will involve teaching additional subjects until December 2026.
You will support the implementation of an innovative curriculum through a trauma informed approach which will enable students with SEN to reach their full potential. We will give you real scope to develop the social, emotional and cultural aspects of our pupils’ learning, and encourage you to set clear targets for both behaviour and academic achievement.
