We are seeking a highly professional and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our welcoming and ambitious primary school. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school runs smoothly and continues to provide an exceptional experience for our community.

The successful candidate will:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, email and telephone enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the school team.
- Manage correspondence, emails and school communications.
- Maintain accurate pupil and staff records using the school's management information system.
- Support admissions processes and pupil transfers.
- Assist with attendance monitoring and data entry.
- Support the organisation of school events, trips and meetings.
- Help manage school website updates and communications where required.
- Ensure confidential information is handled professionally and securely.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming and professional office environment.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Is friendly, approachable and professional.
- Can communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and external agencies.
- Can prioritise competing demands and remain calm under pressure.
- Has strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
- Values teamwork and enjoys contributing to a strong school community.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding.
Experience of working in a school office and familiarity with school systems such as Arbor would be advantageous but is not essential.
