  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date SEND records and pupil information, demonstrating strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent ICT skills.

  • Coordinates meetings, prepares documentation and supports key processes such as annual reviews, ensuring deadlines are met and systems run efficiently.

  • Communicates effectively with families, the local authority and external agencies, building positive, professional relationships.

  • Supports the SENCo with a wide range of administrative tasks, showing initiative, flexibility and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

  • Works collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils with additional needs, demonstrating empathy, teamwork and a commitment to inclusion.

At our school, you will find:

  • Children who are enthusiastic, kind and eager to learn

  • A genuinely supportive and collaborative staff team

  • A school where wellbeing and professional trust are valued
