Christ the King Catholic School are seeking to employ a dedicated and conscientious teacher to join our dedicated, passionate and caring team. This is a permanent, full-time role commencing in April 2025. Skills and experience

Are you passionate about working with pupils at the primary stage of their education, wanting to ensure their learning experiences are both meaningful and engaging?

An exciting opportunity to teach within our growing school has arisen.  This role is ideally suited to those with previous experience of working within the primary school setting, and have a good understanding of the curriculum expectations for pupils. We welcome applications from teachers at all levels of experience, with career development opportunities at all levels.

Successful candidates will be:

  •  A skilled professional who has an engaging and dynamic style of teaching and can support the needs of all learners across a mixed age range.
  • Willing to support the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • Driven to make sure all our children achieve their very best, having high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
  • Have a good understanding of phonics and its relevance throughout the primary phase.
  • Passionate about continuing their own professional development and open to learn and develop as part of a whole school team.
  • Prepared to work flexibly as part of a close knit partnership using shared teaching approaches to learning.
