Join our team at Anthony Gell School, part of Embark Federation, as an Exam Invigilator and help support our students to succeed at every stage.
We’re looking for reliable, calm and detail-focused individuals to join our flexible team of Exam Invigilators. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a difference during one of the most important times in their school life. As part of our exams team, you’ll help set up examination rooms, ensure regulations are followed, and support students in a respectful, calm and professional environment. You’ll be well-organised, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
This is a casual role, with hours dependent on the exam timetable. It offers flexibility and can fit around other commitments.
What we’re looking for:
A calm, professional and reassuring presence
Good communication and attention to detail
Reliability and punctuality
A flexible, team-focused attitude
Full training will be provided. Experience in schools or with invigilation is welcomed but not essential.
We are a values-led trust of stand-out schools, where every child, and every member of staff, is seen, known and valued. Our people make the difference, and we are proud to offer:
A positive and inclusive working culture
Full induction and training
The chance to be part of a trust where relationships matter and people come first.
Safeguarding Statement:
Embark Federation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment practices, including an enhanced DBS check. We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of background, who share our commitment to inclusion.
