About this Role

Millfield Primary School, part of the Enrich Learning Trust, is a primary school with over 260 pupils and a 16 place Specialist Resource Base in Norfolk. We are a rapidly developing school that has a strong community of dedicated staff who live out our vision and gives every child the chance to succeed. This is underpinned by CARES values that permeate the school.

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and caring individual to further support our students. The successful individual will work closely with our Lead for Pupil Development: Behaviour and the Assistant Headteacher for Character and Culture. The successful individual will

·       Assist in ensuring that all children in the academy are safe from harm

·       Manage an identified caseload of students who have safeguard or Child Protection (CP) needs.

·       Ensure the very highest levels of attendance

·       Manage an identified caseload of students who require support to improve their attendance

·       Follow statutory guidelines in the promotion of pupil welfare

·       Assist with provision of regular child protection/safeguarding training to school staff

·       Communicate the importance of child welfare and attendance to all members of the school community

·       Lead meetings with external agencies

·       Uphold the vision and values of the school in all their work and interactions.
