Millfield Primary School, part of the Enrich Learning Trust,
is a primary school with over 260 pupils and a 16 place Specialist Resource
Base in Norfolk. We are a rapidly developing school that has a strong
community of dedicated staff who live out our vision and gives every child the
chance to succeed. This is underpinned by CARES values that permeate the

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Headteacher to lead
the school and continue its development

successful candidate will work with and be supported by the Executive
Headteacher and the Trust’s Primary and Inclusion Lead with regular
