About this Role

Elston Hall Learning Trust are looking for an outstanding Behaviour Learning Mentor to join our team based at Tipton Green Junior School.

The Behaviour Learning Mentor will provide a complementary service to teachers and other staff, addressing the needs of children who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential. This is a key role in school and requires a candidate who can display patience, empathy and understanding. The post holder will also be working to build relationships with parents and carers, as well as representing the school in meetings with other professionals and outside agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wants to make a real difference within our school community.
