Post details: The successful candidate will work 12 hours 30 mins per week from 15th December 2025, or sooner (dependent on checks and clearances), on a permanent contract. Hours of work will be 7am-9:30am (but can be flexible), Monday-Friday, term-time, plus four weeks. Additional hours may be required and will be added to a timesheet.

 The successful candidate:

  • must have a commitment to upholding and supporting the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • must have a commitment to promote the Gospel Values at all times.
  • must have excellent communication skills.
  • must have good IT skills as all checks and defect are recorded on a computer program.
  • will be required to carry out health and safety checks.
  • will be required to carry out/repair reported defects.
  • will be required to clean specific parts of the school.
  • must be proactive and use their initiative.
  • must be punctual, friendly, reliable and hardworking.
  • will be required to liaise will external contractors.

 

Candidates must be willing to:

  • complete safeguarding training.
  • complete PREVENT training.
  • read all relevant policies and procedures.
  • complete COSHH training.
  • complete IOSH training.
  • undertake any other relevant training.
