Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher who believes every child can succeed regardless of their additional needs? Do you want to work in a welcoming and supportive school where staff wellbeing and professional development are valued? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
Brompton Hall School is seeking to appoint a passionate, creative and resilient Class Teacher to join our vibrant and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an ECT or an experienced teacher who is committed to supporting vulnerable young people and dedicated to helping them achieve their full potential.
This role would suit an individual who is adaptable, reflective and able to tailor their teaching strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs. You will draw on your professional knowledge, creativity and initiative to design and deliver personalised learning programmes, working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external partners to support positive outcomes for all pupils.

You will lead small group teaching, facilitate enrichment activities and support learners in a range of settings. A strong ability to build relationships, maintain high expectations and foster a supportive, structured environment is essential in helping pupils develop confidence, resilience and a renewed commitment to their education
