Manorfield Infant and Nursery School is a large infant school in the centre of Staincliffe, Batley, delivering a great education for children aged between 2 and 7 years old. We are proud of our caring school ethos and our high aspirations for all. The children at Manorfield School show very positive learning behaviours and we work hard to ensure that the very youngest children get the best start to their educational journey regardless of their background or starting point. Our school values are resilience, confidence, inclusive, nurturing, transformational and respect. We try to embody our values in everything we do and we firmly believe that giving children the very best start to their education ensures their future academic and pastoral success.
We are looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our nursery provision with passion, energy and vision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands that children’s earliest experiences shape everything that follows and is passionate about getting those first steps right.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated leader who can inspire both children and adults, creating a vibrant, nurturing and ambitious environment where curiosity flourishes, relationships are at the heart of everything and every child is given the very best start.
We are looking for someone who brings positivity, energy and ambition into the setting every day and who can lead a team with confidence, care and purpose.
If you are passionate about child development, committed to high-quality provision and relentless in your drive to ensure all children thrive socially, emotionally and academically, we would like to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive forward thinking school and Trust, who in return for your commitment and hard work, will support you to achieve your own career goals and aspirations.
