About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive School Cover Manager to oversee the daily management of staff cover across the school. The Successful candidate will coordinate short and long-term cover arrangements, liaise with teaching and support staff, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of colleagues.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced school environment. Experience of working in a school setting and knowledge of cover management systems are desirable. The postholder will be confident in the classroom as when not organising cover they will take on the duties of a Cover Supervisor.
Contract
Permanent
Part-time - 35 hours per week on a term-time only basis
Hours - 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
