About this Role

The Governors, staff and children at St Wulstan’s & St Edmund’s Catholic Academy are looking to appoint an Attendance Officer & Early Help Support to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with young people and families.

This is a fixed term, part time position for 19 hours per week, on a term time only basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, parents/carers, and external agencies to monitor attendance, implement early intervention strategies, and provide targeted support where needed. You will play a vital role in safeguarding and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
