We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Enrichment and Careers Lead to join our school at an exciting time of national education reform. You will lead the development of a high-quality enrichment programme and a coherent, impactful careers strategy that equips students with the knowledge, experiences and skills needed to thrive in further education, training and employment.

This is a strategic and outward-facing role, ideal for a candidate who is passionate about raising aspirations, developing partnerships, and ensuring all pupils—particularly those who are disadvantaged or have SEND—can access meaningful experiences beyond the classroom.
