About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised, compassionate and proactive SEN Early Help & Inclusion Administration Assistant to join our pastoral and inclusion team. 

This is a vital role supporting the school’s SEND provision, Early Help processes and inclusive practice, working closely with the SENCo, safeguarding team and external partners to ensure pupils and families receive timely, effective support. 

You will play a key part in ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice (2015), Keeping Children Safe in Education, and local Early Help frameworks, while maintaining high-quality administrative systems and supporting vulnerable pupils. 

Hours: Grade 5. 25 hours per week, Term Time Only .

About You 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Preferably has experience in school administration, SEND or pastoral support or is willing to learn 

  • Demonstrates excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Has strong interpersonal skills and can work sensitively with pupils and families 

  • Understands (or is willing to learn) SEND processes, EHCP procedures and Early Help frameworks 

  • Can manage confidential information in line with GDPR and safeguarding expectations 

  • Is committed to inclusive practice and improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils
