Glebe Farm School is a newly established, purpose-built
all-through school located in the thriving community of Glebe Farm. Once fully
operational, the school will accommodate up to 1,569 pupils. As part of the
Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi-Academy Trust, we are committed to
delivering an outstanding 21st-century curriculum to all our pupils.
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to
join our busy and supportive school environment. This is an exciting
opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced
setting and enjoys providing exceptional support to colleagues, pupils,
parents, and visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver
effective and efficient administrative support across the school, ensuring
processes, records, and communications are managed accurately and
professionally.
- Provide
administrative assistance for HR, admissions, meetings, educational
visits, and other key operational activities that contribute to the smooth
running of the school
- Manage
and update electronic and manual information systems, ensuring records are
accurate, confidential, and compliant with school and statutory
requirements.
