Glebe Farm School is a newly established, purpose-built
all-through school located in the thriving community of Glebe Farm. Once fully
operational, the school will accommodate up to 1,569 pupils. As part of the
Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi-Academy Trust, we are committed to
delivering an outstanding 21st-century curriculum to all our pupils.
We are looking for a highly organised and professional HR
Administrator to support the delivery of an efficient and compliant HR service
within our school.
Key responsibilities:

Manage recruitment administration, including
advertising vacancies, interview coordination, pre-employment checks, and
contract issuance.

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probation
processes for new employees.
·
Maintain confidential HR records and the Single
Central Record (SCR), ensuring safeguarding compliance.

Monitor absence data, support payroll changes,
and respond to HR enquiries professionally and confidentially
