We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Deputy Nursery Manager to join our school-based nursery.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A
hands-on leader, confident in guiding, supporting, and inspiring a dedicated
nursery team.
- Able
to support apprentices and nurture professional growth across the setting.
- Ready
to work closely with our Trust Nursery Operations Leader and Early Years Lead
to ensure children receive the best possible start in their learning journey.
- Committed
to helping children become school ready for entry into Reception, driving our
vision for a strong start at Manor Drive Primary Academy.
- Motivated
to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across the nursery.
- Passionate
about early years education and child development, with a deep understanding of
how young children learn best.
- Responsive,
loyal and a great team player, able to build strong relationships with
children, staff and families.
- Enthusiastic,
flexible and socially skilful, with a passion for creating a nurturing and
inspiring early years environment.
- Consistent,
thorough and thoughtful, ensuring high standards of care, learning and
safeguarding are always maintained.
