Who are we?
Manor Drive Primary Academy is a new school in the north of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. The school welcomed the first cohort of Reception children in September 2022 and continues to grow year on year. At Manor Drive Primary Academy we pride ourselves on having a strong wellbeing ethos whilst ensuring our children are the focus of everything we do. Our values of ‘Work Hard, Be Kind and Be Brave” are embedded in our teaching strategies and the expectations we have for staff and pupils. We support our children to try their best and to demonstrate excellent learning behaviours such as determination, respect and perseverance. Our bespoke site has been carefully designed in a collaboration between architects and teachers. Our stunning school includes a purpose-built performing arts studio for our dance and drama lessons and a dedicated space for practical activities such as cooking, science and art. Outside, the children enjoy an abundance of green space with playing fields, outdoor learning and sports facilities. We have plans in place to develop a designated Forest School. A strong team spirit underpins all that we do as a school, and we are proud of the warm welcome that all staff receive.
