At The Kingsbrook School we’re
looking to appoint a highly motivated Librarian and Careers Administrator who
is passionate about the reading of our exceptional students and be able to
offer advice and support to students and staff to support learning across the
school.
Opened in September 2022 to 180 year 7 students,
the school will grow by each year of entry until full in 2027-28, and so new

heart of the Kingsbrook Estate in Aylesbury, the school boasts state of the art
facilities across the mainstream school and a purpose-built Inclusion Unit for
children with additional Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

and develop the library as a learning environment, use your professional
knowledge and skills to initiate new projects, manage change, and monitor
outcomes, whilst engaging with students and staff at all levels.
As part of the Careers Administrator
part of the role, you will be responsible for leading the planning,
implementation and delivery of a strategy for developing a careers programme
for the school that meets all eight of the Gatsby benchmarks of good practice
and prepares young people for the choices and transitions in education,
training and employment.
