About this Role
Ivingswood Academy, a member of Kings Education Trust, has a vacancy for a Learning Support Assistant who can work across the age range and support individual children with learning needs as well as carry out general classroom tasks as needed.
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our dedicated and happy team. This is a vital role in which you could truly make a difference to pupils and support them to reach their full potential. Support is available from our other staff and the SENCO.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate
a strong commitment to children’s happiness, safety and
achievement
- Be
friendly and approachable with a professional manner and a good sense of
humour
- Possess
a good standard of spoken and written English plus maths skills
appropriate to the primary age range
Full induction, plus ongoing support and training will be
provided.
