About this Role

Kaye's Academy are looking to appoint a dynamic and solution focussed school business manager to be responsible for the leadership of the financial and administrative aspects of our school.

You will be responsible for the leadership of the financial and administrative aspects of the school.

  • The job requires an individual with experience of accounting procedures, budget monitoring and effective IT skills.  You will carry out a range of complex or sensitive/confidential financial monitoring and accounting duties.

You will also be required to support the Headteacher and SLT in all aspects of school business operations relating to:

  • Strategic finance and budget planning
  • Financial management and monitoring
  • Premises management
  • Health and safety management
  • Project management including aspects of building and capital projects for school improvement
  • Management information systems

This is an ideal position for someone with knowledge of financial planning and budget setting principles, previous people management experience and sound communication skills.

All new employees to the Trust are subject to a six-month probationary period.
