Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen at Greenhall for an enthusiastic, hardworking, nurturing individual, to join our successful team. Greenhall is a Special School for children in the Early Years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

We are looking for someone who cares about children and wants to support them to ‘fly!’

We are offering the opportunity to work in a welcoming School with a committed and highly dedicated staff team. We believe in championing our staff to be the best that they can be. Training, support and coaching will be offered to the successful candidate to ensure they are successful in their duties.

  The successful applicant will;

·         Be able to relate well to children and adults

·         Be a team player – you work WITH others to achieve a common goal

·         Support pupils with their eating and self-care – you don’t mind getting messy, are consistent and patient to enable our children to be as independent as possible

·         Communicates effectively with staff, pupils, and families 

·         Loves coming into school each day to spend time with our precious little ones!

·         Is loving, kind and gives the best hugs to children!

·         Has a warm, infectious smile that lights up their face – this smile is there to greet our children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are!

·         Comply with school policies and procedures

·         Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people

All appointments are subject to clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service, references and medical clearance. It is an offence to apply for this role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.


Part-time, permanent. (10 hours / week, Mon-Fri 12-2pm)

Grade 2 

Salary: pro rata FTE
