This role involves:
- Modelling effective intervention implementation
- Screening and assessment of children to gauge their stage in learning as well as identifying gaps
- Monitoring and evaluating the success of interventions
- Planning and leading CPD for the Teaching Assistant Team
- Communicating with SENDCo, SLT, families and teaching staff
- Supporting with adaptation of resources to enable access to quality first teaching
