INTRODUCTION TO THE SCHOOL
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and talented teacher to
join our team at Brownhills West. If you have a passion for curriculum,
pedagogy and most importantly for supporting children to ‘Dream Big’, this
could be a wonderful opportunity for you to develop your career. You will be
expected and required to lead and live the Trust and Brownhills West’s core
values on a daily basis supporting a living not a laminated culture.

Job Purpose: To provide excellent quality teaching for the
children in your class, to play a role in the improvement and development of
the school and to participate in the collective pursuit of the school aims and
mission statement
In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the
successful candidate will:
SCHOOL VISITS: Friday 17th April at 9.30,
Wednesday 22nd April at 9.30
