Contract: 36 hours per week / 39 weeks term-time only plus 5 INSET days.
Salary: NJC Scale 3 - Actual Term-time salary £25,500.14 to £25,863.98.
Reporting to: Assistant Headteacher-SENDCO.

About this role:
As a Learning Support Assistant at Lister Community School, you will play a pivotal role in our inclusive community by partnering with teachers to maximise learning opportunities for every student. Working at the heart of The Bridge, you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs, breaking down barriers to learning through tailored 1:1 interventions and small-group work. You will be responsible for implementing creative strategies that foster both academic progress and emotional resilience, ensuring that our students feel empowered to realise their full potential within a supportive and ambitious environment.
