The Governors of this high achieving, oversubscribed school seek to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support the education, personal and social development of students with additional needs under the teacher’s clear guidance.
As a Teaching Assistant you will work under the guidance of the SENCo to implement agreed work programmes/intervention strategies with individuals or groups of students both in and out of the classroom. This may include assisting the teacher in their planning and management/preparation of resources.
