About this Role

The Governors of this high achieving, oversubscribed Catholic voluntary Academy seek to appoint a Cleaner (15 hours per week) to join their team.

The postholder will carry out duties such as cleaning designated areas within the school premises to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic standard. Protective clothing is provided.

What are we looking for?

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of a designated area and maintaining high and consistent standards including, washing, sweeping, vacuuming and toilets, complying with Health and safety requirements at all times.

The post includes a substantial amount of lifting, bending and stretching.
