About this Role

One Excellence Multi Academy Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of four schools. The Trust was founded in July 2017, and is a mixed Multi Academy Trust. Evenwood Church of England Primary School are recruiting a full-time teacher to join our wonderful Early Years Foundation Stage.  Fixed term until 31st August 2026 in the first instance. The successful candidates will be expected to carry out the duties of a teacher in accordance with the Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and other relevant statutory provisions, and to carry out other such associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Head teacher.

  1. ·         To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for pupils, incorporating the areas of learning for Early Years Foundation Stage in line with the policies of the school.
  2. ·         Co-operation and close liaison with parents and guardians, professionals within Early Years Foundation Stage and the wider school, including fellow staff and colleagues from external agencies.
  3. ·         Motivating and stimulating children’s learning abilities, encouraging learning through experience.

Generic responsibilities:

  1. ·         To be part of a team to plan, prepare and evaluate all aspects of EYFS provision.
  2. ·         Providing pastoral care and support to children and providing them with a secure environment in which to   learn.
  3. ·         Working with others and contributing to the strong and experienced team ethos of the school.
  4. ·         Attending all training and relevant CPD.
