Job Title:                     Supported Learning Administrative Assistant

Contract Type:        Part-time, permanent position

Grade:                          BG-J SP3

Salary:                          £10,672 per annum including Fringe Allowance

We are seeking to appoint an excellent Administrator to join our expanding team at Sandhurst School. This is an exciting time for the department as we continue to build and develop our Supported Learning Department provision in light of increased demand.

We are looking for someone with a good range of organisational and administrative skills with excellent communication and IT skills, good attention to detail and a desire to help students to succeed.

The successful applicant will work closely with the SENDCo, providing support for students with Special Edcucational Needs and Disability (SEND), those eligible for Pupil Premium, and other groups requiring additional support, through administrative duties, which will include organisation of Annual Review documents, maintaining databases and logging provision and working with external agencies.

To apply for this post please complete the online application form. Closing Date: Monday 6th July 2026 at 9.00am.

Please note: applicants may be invited to interview before the closing date, therefore please take the opportunity to apply as soon as possible. We reserve the right to close the advert early should the right candidate apply.

If you have the skills, drive and experience to develop this role, we would love to hear from you.

In January 2025 Ofsted reported that:

  •  “The school is well-led"

  • "Pupils live up to the school’s values, showing respect for other and contributing to a positive school environment"

  • "Pupils are happy and safe thanks to the warm relationships with staff and strong pastoral care."

  • "The school has high expectations of what pupils can achieve. The school and the Trust have markedly improved the curriculum and how it is delivered."

  • "The school has introduced clear expectations for high-quality teaching. This helps pupils to remember what they have been taught and produce high-quality work ".

Employment is with Corvus Learning Trust and not Bracknell Forest Council. The trust is very popular and for most posts a large number of applications are received - it is thus not possible to notify all applicants of the outcome. Please accept that if you have not heard within three weeks of the closing date then, unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful - in which case we offer our best wishes for the future.

Sandhurst School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all members of staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this post.

We reserve the right to carry out online searches should you be shortlisted for interview. We will ask shortlisted candidates to complete a self-declaration prior to interview.
