About this Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our team at Littlemoor Primary School, part of the Kingfisher Learning Trust. This role will be supporting children with complex SEND needs.

Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will support the delivery of learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils both in and out of the classroom. You will help implement learning programmes, prepare and organise resources, and support pupils to access the curriculum in a positive and engaging way.

You will play an important role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes to learning, while promoting inclusion and supporting the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND. You will also help maintain a safe, stimulating and well-organised learning environment and provide feedback to teachers on pupil engagement and progress.
