What
We Are Looking For
You don’t need to be an attendance expert on day one. We’re looking for someone with the right combination of organisation, confidence and people skills.
You

top of a busy and changing workload
- Be confident communicating with
students, parents, carers and colleagues

- Understand the importance of
confidentiality and safeguarding
- Be positive, resilient and willing to
get stuck in as part of a busy team
- Have GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4

Experience in administration, customer service, education, attendance or pastoral support would be useful, but just as important is your ability to connect with people, stay organised and approach challenges with persistence and professionalism.
