About this Role

We are looking to appoint an EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Lead Teacher to join our passionate and hardworking team at Evolve Academy. 

You will lead on the development of the KS1 curriculum and provision at Evolve, leading on transitions into and out of our Early Years, KS1 and KS2 provision. You will plan and implement an ambitious, personalised curriculum, for groups and individuals to re-engage them in learning. Supporting individual learning pathways in response to SEND needs ensuring high quality outcomes whilst securing a nurturing and supportive environment with high expectations for all pupils to enable them to achieve their full potential.
