About this Role
We are seeking to appoint an SEND Teacher to join our team at Evolve Academy.
You will lead a group of pupils with Education, Health and Care plans - planning and delivering outstanding cross curricular learning opportunities including English and Maths whilst securing a nurturing, supportive environment with high expectations for all pupils to enable them to achieve their potential.
