About this Role

36.25 hours p/w over 39 weeks, (08:00 – 15:45, incl. 30 mins unpaid lunch)

Monday to Friday

 Whilst not an exhaustive list, key duties will include:

 Undertaking general office  administration support including but not limited to answering the telephone, reception and messenger duties, filing, reprographics and data input

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, in person and over the phone, check of Single Central Record for all visitors
  • Fire Warden
  • Supporting home visits in line with attendance and safeguarding procedures
  • Supporting SENCO with administrative tasks including but not limited to liaising with outside agencies and other professionals, with parents and with staff as directed by SENCo or Headteacher
  • Supporting pupils with medical needs and their families under the direction of the SENCo
  • Updating medical registers, complete risk assessments and PEEPs, co-ordinating training under the direction of the SENCo
  • First aid stock management, record keeping and supporting the headteacher with analysis reporting, and co-ordinating training
