Stafford Junior School is a 3 form entry school with lovely school buildings, fantastic grounds and a great team. Each year group team plans and work closely together in a supportive environment. The job role consists of:

  • Having responsibility for teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Taking responsibility and be accountable for pupil attainment and achievement, by tracking pupils progress and supporting individual pupils’ learning needs
  • Ensuring that high standards of behaviour and respect are evident throughout the Primary Phase supporting colleagues in line with school policies and practice.
  • Supporting the Head of School to secure a high quality learning experience
  • Setting high expectations for all pupils through aspirational target setting
