Horncastle Primary School would like all candidates to answer specific questions for the personal statement section. For reference, here is a preview of the questions/headings:

1. If you are a student - please tell us the name, postal address and telephone number of your sponsoring educational establishment.
2. Please tell us the course you are currently undertaking or enrolling to undertake eg Y10 at school, NVQ in childcare, PCGE
3. Please tell us with WHICH YEAR GROUPS your course requires you to work (or any if this is not a requirement) and WHICH DAYS OF THE WEEK your placement will be expecting you to be with us.
4. Please complete this question if you are enrolled or enrolling on a course in a further or higher educational establishment (not a school). Please note that we will expect the FE or HE establishment to undertake an enhanced DBS with Barred List Checks as part of their admissions process. We need to be assured that this has been undertaken and will need to see the actual certificate once it arrives with your college ID. Please enter the issue date and number of the DBS certificate if you have already received or, if it has not yet arrived, please let us know that it is in progress (You will not be able to start until it has)
