We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Religious Education to join our small, thriving Catholic school. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and help them explore faith, ethics, and philosophy in a supportive and inclusive environment.
This position would suit either an experienced or Early Career Teacher. If you are an early career teacher, our support for ECTs is highly regarded. ECTs are on a reduced timetable with a dedicated mentor. We would also happily consider applicants who would like a Part Time role.
What We’re Looking For:
We offer a supportive working environment within a strong team, ample opportunities for career development, a comprehensive staff wellbeing service including on-line GP access, counselling and physiotherapy with free gym facilities on site.
If you have any questions, or would like an informal discussion about the role, please contact our Headteacher, Ian Nevitt on 01900 873290 or at zoe.brentnall@sjchs.uk. We would be delighted to take you on a tour of the school and give you the opportunity to meet the department and answer any questions you may have.
Applications will be assessed as they are submitted and we reserve the right to invite candidates for interview prior to the closing date and to make an appointment before this date. Therefore, we encourage interested applicants to apply as soon as possible.
