About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Site Facilities Person at New Pastures Primary School based in Mexborough.

Are you practical, reliable, and take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment? Join our dedicated team at New Pastures as a Site Facilities Person, where every day you'll play a vital role in supporting our school community.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out day-to-day site maintenance and repairs
Supporting cleaning and caretaking duties
Managing security of the site including locking/unlocking buildings
Monitoring health and safety standards
Setting up rooms and spaces for school events or external use
Liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance with school procedures

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Practical and hands-on, with a good understanding of basic maintenance
Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
Able to work independently and use initiative
Committed to maintaining a safe environment for pupils and staff
Ideally experienced in a similar role (but training can be provided)
