Salary: TAsalary range, D4-D6, £25,185 - £25,989 FTE, MDSA – B3, £24,796 FTE

Actual Salary: TA - £8556 - £8830 per annum, MDSA - £2808 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Working hours: TA – 15 hours per week plus MDSA – 5 hours per week, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days)  

Working pattern: TA – Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 11.30am, MDSA – Monday to Friday – 12.00noon to 1.00pm

Job summary:

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable individual to undertake a combined Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisory Assistant role. The successful candidate will support pupils' learning and development in the classroom, working closely with teachers to help children achieve their full potential. In addition, they will supervise and support pupils during the lunchtime period, helping to ensure a safe, positive and enjoyable environment. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to promoting children's wellbeing. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to school life and support pupils throughout their school day.

Winterslow Primary School is a one-form entry village school, idyllically located amidst stunning woodlands and fields, with the convenience of being just off the A30. We are proud to serve 182 pupils and, since September 2021, have been part of the Pickwick Academy Trust.
