About the Role
You will:
- Provide a warm, professional reception service and
act as the main point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries
- Deliver high-quality general administration
including correspondence, records, systems and office support
- Manage staff absence calls from 7am and coordinate
daily cover arrangements
- Maintain accurate data and use school systems such
as Arbor and other MIS platforms
- Support school events, meetings and diary
management
- Assist with pupil welfare, first aid and
safeguarding procedures
- Work closely with the Systems & Operations
Manager to ensure the school office runs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Has administrative experience, ideally within a
school or busy office environment
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and
time-management skills
- Communicates confidently with students, staff,
parents and external partners
- Handles confidential information with discretion
and professionalism
- Is proactive, calm under pressure and able to
prioritise competing demands
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting
the welfare of young people
