The Premises Officer will
support the Premises Manager with the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school
site, including maintenance, security, compliance checks and ensuring high
standards of presentation.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
•
Has strong DIY and practical maintenance skills
•
Can work independently and manage a varied
workload
•
Is physically capable of manual tasks (lifting,
working at height, portage)
•
Has good attention to detail and a commitment to
safety
•
Is confident using basic IT systems
•
Is reliable, flexible and willing to work
towards a First Aid at Work qualification
•
Experience in premises or facilities roles is
desirable but not essential.
